Evaluating Ashley Tisdale

Lowest note: B2
Highest belt:  E5
Highest note: B5
Exclamation: E6
Vocal range: 3 octaves
Vocal grade: A

Vocal positives:
Healthy lows and sweet head voice, she has the ability to belt out notes as high as E5 without much difficulty. She also has the ability to hold notes as high as F5 for extended periods of time without feeling tired.

Vocal negatives:
Her belts at E5 are slightly weaker than the rest of her belts and can be perceived as shouting. Her notes above B5 can be interpreted as shrill and irritating to some people. Her exclamation at E6 is barely audible.

Evaluating Lana Del Ray

Lowest note: B2
Highest belt:  E5
Highest note: C#6
Exclamation: Eb6
Vocal range: 3 octaves 1 note
Vocal grade: A

Vocal positives:
She has a unique way of phrasing her songs which makes her voice 'trademarked' and instantly recognisable. She is used to singing dark songs like Summertime Sadness. Her low notes are her most comfortable part of her range, allowing her to reach low notes like C3 with ease and with proper technique as well. The low notes are well supported and dark.

Although her belting range is weak (A4-E5), she chooses to use her head voice and thus her voice in this range comes out as airy even though they can be solidified.

Vocal negatives:
Her voice when heard live sounds a little bit off-key at points

Evaluating Ellie Goulding

Lowest note: A2
Highest belt:  F5
Highest note: E6
Exclamation: N/A
Vocal range: 3 octaves 4 notes
Vocal grade: B

Vocal positives:
Ellie possesses a unique voice. Her head voice is her best feature. Her belting department is relatively full and strong(C5-F5) and they demonstrate remarkable resonance. Her low notes(C#3-F#3) are especially dark and thick, although still the weakest part of the range. She has the ability to allow her voice to carry a sweet and wispy timbre throughout all the register, thus making her voice recognisable.

Vocal negatives:
Her timbre sounds like it belongs to a child. Her voice, when belting can sound nasal and weaker from C#5 onwards. Her stamina live is very limited as she often sounds out of breath even without dancing.
